Who we are

Stopovia is being built by ARSIS TECH d.o.o., a company registered in Belgrade, Serbia. You can reach a human at hello@stopovia.com.

What this page covers

Only this website, as it is today: one page and a waitlist form. The application itself does not exist yet. When it launches and starts handling your travel documents, this page will be replaced with a fuller policy, and we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing it.

If you join the waitlist

We store three things, and you can see the exact shape of the record:

Your email address, the language of the page you were on, and the time. Nothing else. No IP address, no browser fingerprint, no name. The record sits in a file on our own server in France — it is not sent to a mailing-list provider or any other third party.

We use it for one purpose: to write to you when there is something to try. We will not sell it, rent it, or use it for anything else.

What we do not do

• No cookies. The site sets none at all, which is why you have not been asked to accept any.
• No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no social widgets.
• No third-party services running in the page at all. Even the fonts are served from our own server, so nothing about your visit reaches anyone else.

Visitor statistics

We count visits from our own web server's log, not from a tracker. Your IP address is shortened at the moment the line is written — the last part is replaced with a zero — so the log can tell which country a visit came from but cannot identify a person or a device. Nothing is stored on your computer or phone.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries stay until the product launches and we have written to you, or until you ask us to remove yours. Server logs are kept for a few weeks and then rotate away.

Your rights

Write to hello@stopovia.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it. No form, no account, no proof of identity beyond the address itself. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights; we would honour them either way.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
